Triple T course?

thanks

hey, be careful not to get a flat on that one downhill ;). Geez, you are bold. Why do you want to ride there again?

hills, lots them:-D

hows the IM prep?

The training is going awesome. I am in the best shape i’ve been in with all three sports. That being said I am thinking of not even starting. I just can’t handle the heat. I rode 4:15 in 92 f yesterday and ran 45 minutes and I was so dehydrated. The first two hours of the bike I was drinking too much and peeing every 30 min. and so I backed off the hydration and then I got dehydrated. It’s pretty discouraging. I’ve been training since January for this race. I am praying for rain!

My group goes out there quite a bit and said there were still markings on the road. But I don’t know if they were the HFP ones or the road race ones (ouch) from Godzulla (pretty much the reverse 56 mile course with a few more hills thrown in for fun)

i just found the course map too so we should be good.

i pulled the trigger on a team soloist and it got here yesterday:-D

Great road bike choice! I love my SLC for sure

what fork and seatpost did you get? If you can get the single position road post and one of the sl forks you will be sitting pretty.
