I have recently purchased QR Caliente and already had a Park bike stand. My issue is I have no seat post showing to clamp (plus is a carbon post) and all my tubes are aero-shaped. The clamp has no place to go. Does Park make a different clamp for aero-tubed bikes? Do people with aero-tubed bike use a differnt bike stand?

Simple. . .mark the post at your height. . .tape works well. . .and then extend enough post to clamp while you work on it. . .return post to original height when done working.
That’s the way its done in the shops. Note, if you have an aero shaped seatpost. . .you’ll need an old round post of appropriate diameter for most clamps. You don’t even need a saddle on it. Heck, its a good habit to get into not clamping carbon posts just for GP’s sake, so keeping that boat anchor no-name post around for this job is just the ticket.
