Triathlon Tattoo Pic?!?

Does anybody remember that picture that was used for a while when it came to triathlon, where the word “TRIATHLON” was tattooed across somebody’s abs in a very colorful way? I am trying to find it to show it to a friend. Any ideas who that was or where to find it? It doesn’t even come up with google.
