Considering he lost probably 1/3 of the spokes on the DS of his front wheel in that first contact, he did pretty well to control it as long as he did.

maybe he was pulling on the bars and didn’t notice them come up on him…
agree, though, i don’t get into the bars if other cyclists are around, taking turns pulling
