Triall3sports?

Any fellow Slowtwitchers have a reliable way to communicate with ANYONE at this company? They don’t respond to email and never answer their phones. Need to discuss repair options for a relatively expensive clam-shell wheel case that I purchased, which was cracked by UPS Ground in transit from NY to LA. Love the case. Would like to get it repaired, if possible, but Triall3sports seems to be missing in action. Please let me know if you have unique/unconventional access to these folks. Many thanks, Chip

I live about 3 miles from their office. I was in that area a little while back and their logo was still up on their door, but that doesn’t mean they were still around. Being that the majority of their bike cases are so huge that you either can’t bring them on the plane now or you get slammed with overweight AND oversize charges, it wouldn’t surprise me if things have gone well south for them. On that note, I have a Custom Road TriAll3 case I’ll sell you. Interested?..joking of course.

I hear you, pal, but I think they’re still in business…just a little quirky I would guess. Third-party vendors still carry their merchandise so I believe they still manufacture their products. Thanks for the offer to purchase your case but I am covered on that front twice over.

Anyone else out there have any suggestions?

I was just there on Wednesday and they are still open. In fact they are coming out with a cool new case that fits bikes with integrated seat posts, now I don’t have to take my cranks and my seat off to fly my bike.

Good news for you! I knew they were still in business. If I gave you my contact info, would you mind explaining how I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them by phone/email the next time you’re there (which would be when?), and ask them to call me?
