I have Desoto Tri shorts and I want something with slightly more pad, nicer quality chamois, but don’t want a diaper between my legs. If you use DeSoto you’ll know what I mean about the Chamois. It appears like a synthetic loop stich - very nominal padding. I like the Desoto 8" shorts for longer events but still looking for a little bit softer pad or even just a better quality chamois. Years ago Pearl made a bike short with a thin high quality chamois but I can’t find them. Don’t want a seat cover cause I use a Sella Tri saddle which has a wider nose with some padding.
