Saturday, March 21–

Sunday, March 29
Blue Ridge, Georgia

Five-time open water national champion and pro triathlete John Kenny, along with other experienced athletes/coaches will share their knowledge and experiences with you at a unique destination camp set in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Northern Georgia. You will enjoy picturesque views of the surrounding mountains every day from the comfort of a luxury mountaintop cabin. The camp will be all inclusive in nature. Transportation (of individuals and their bikes/gear) from the Philadelphia area will be included, along with healthy meals prepared daily. All workouts will be fully supported.

Swim:
Open water swimming workouts will be on scenic Lake Blue Ridge. Water temperatures may be a bit cool, so bringing a wetsuit is recommended. The open water workouts will be focused on learning and further developing your open water swimming skills such as sighting, stroke mechanics, breathing, and the tactics/dynamics of racing in a mass start event. We will also have the opportunity to improve our swim technique with a pool clinic in a nearby facility.

Bike:
Campers will have the opportunity to ride among the Blue Ridge Mountains in Northern Georgia, along with stretches in Tennessee and North Carolina. Riders will be able to see the venue of the Whitewater kayak events of the 1996 Olympics. In addition, riders will have the opportunity to conquer the world famous Brasstown Bald, one of the most difficult climbs in the United States.

Run:
The running doesn’t get any better than this. In close proximity to the cabin, there are countless miles of challenging trails to be run. Enjoy the scenery and isolation while pounding the pavement, or in this case, gravel. Don’t worry; our staff will make sure no one gets lost!
