Per their post on Facebook and a discussion I had with them this morning (after 4 calls not returned last week) they have stated “an email notification of the change that should have been sent automatically appears to have not gone out. We apologize for the confusion. Please disregard this last email. We are reviewing our entire pick up schedule and will email Kona customers in the next few hours.”
Lets see what they do since I still dont have my bike back from Vegas…and they want it for Kona tomorrow.
