generally those generic frames are solid bikes. they will look good and function well.
but the tube shapes are generally not as aero as they look. That is you will be giving up a fair amount of drag as compared to a Felt/Specialized/Trek/Cervelo etc etc
For evidence of that on this particular bike, look at the head tube area.
Its also a very low price though, so I’m not saying its a bad deal.
Don’t have a lot of money to spend … thought this might look and function well for the money?
chances are this is a brand name bike minus the brand name unless there is a big enough market to design/tool/manufacture a TT frameset to sell in China and ebay. I am sure someone will recognize it and enlighten us.

theres probably a dozen brand names that have been on that mold =)
