FYI, it is going to depend on more than just 25mm. It depends on the width of the wheels and specific tire as well.
right, But I imagine enough people have owned this bike to say if they have done a 25mm tire on a hed 3 with this frame or not. If nobody has then I won’t bother, if some have I may gove it a shot.

I ride Conti 4seasons 25mm on Mavic cxp33 on my ttx. They fit well into the frame.

Not to derail your thread, but sn’t the whole thing with the HED 3 being fast dependent it upon it being with a very skinny tire (<20 or so)?
I have a TTX but wouldn’t dream of plopping 25mm tires on that. Just seems completely…slow.
For the H3 in you’re right if it’s the old version. I was running 19mm ties on mine on the front when I had it. I got rid of it because the tires became so hard to find.
fat guy stuff. Actually when I messaged Steve Hed he told me at my size 28 would be advisable. I run a 23 on them but am considering a 25 for a little added comfort as I am doing my first IM in 2015.
25s aren’t bad just on an old h3 they are
