Trek Speed Concept Bottom Bracket?

What is the bottom bracket for the 2012 Trek Speed Concept 7.8 with SRAM Force cranks?

What power meter will work with the bike? I know stages will, but I am talking like QUARQ model, etc.

Thanks guys!

Most Treks are BB90 which uses a 24mm spindle. If you currently have SRAM Force cranks installed, they should be GXP spindled and you should be able to swap in any Quarq power meter with a GXP spindle. Now that we have AxCad (accelerometer based cadence), this is a one bolt process and should only take a couple of minutes.
For any other Quarq specific questions, feel free to call us anytime at 800-660-6853.

I think Rob has you covered on the GXP Quarq info, but I think your SC has the BB86 bottom bracket. Same diameter crank spindle just a bit different width. This is taken up in the press in bearings. Just letting you know in case you decide to replace bearings when you swap the crank.

You’re 100% right. First gen 7 series SCs have BB86. But the stock BB will work with a GXP Quark crank, it’s a quick swap, no no need to worry about what type of bearings unless the OP replaces them, which isn’t necessary unless they’re shot.
