Does anyone know of a cover for bicycles with aero bars? More specifically, I am looking for something to cover my bike when mounted on a roof rack. I found one a Performance Bike http://www.performancebike.com/shop/profile.cfm?SKU=4682 However, it will not work with aerobars.

I’ve had one for 8-9 years now … i poked small holes on it and the aero bars stick through. Never had a problem to this day and people aske me “where did you get that cover for aero-bars”

I have the Scicon Bike Bra and it stretches enough to fit over my aerobars. With the levers down it is extremely tight but works.

Man this is a coincidence…This morning my wife was asking what she could get me for fathers day (knowing most of my toys need to be shipped) and this was exactly my request with the same hesitation about aerobars. Colorado Cyclists do a regular road one - saw the one from Scicon at Penticton last year and it looked excellent…
I have used these performance covers for several years with aerobars for several years with no problems. My wife’s bike has clip ons with no shifters and I have clip ons with shifers. The only thing I do special is stick a small piece of styrofoam from the corner shipping material of a TV over the shifters. This distributes the load a little, and I have had no problems.
I just bought one of these…made for aerobars…and its on sale.
