it’s going well. I did 10 today and I’m going out for 15 tommorow. Too sandy/snowy here to get out the wheels yet. Soon though.
Right now working on lifting, and getting ready for Vermont Cities Marathon (#6) and use that as the kick off to a tri which is usually in early June, which will suck following a marathon but hey, it’s about the management of pain right?
So yeah, I rejoined today after 2 years away so I had to resignup. So bite me if you don’t like the post and think I was just trolling.

made it through a surprisingly windy 15 with headwinds and snow squalls for the last 6 or 7. It was unpleasant, especially after a good 10 the night before.
Ah well that’s the joy of the marathon buildup.

What is this? A triathlete complaining about prices for things? Come on you’re kidding. Triathlon is the sport with the steepest costs of any sport. tis the reason I do so few and look for any freebies I can pick up along the way to help me out (as I found here).
