Question, anyone here train on their aero wheels. (mine are 404’s) or is that a no-no? I took my wheels off the P3 and put them on the R25 and it is stupid light. Makes me not want to take them back off!

Forgive me for agreeing with you, but yes, this was a stupid move!
Hop in you car quick and immediately go to a sporting goods store that sells fishing gear. Stock up on about 5 lbs of lead sinkers. Upon returning home, tape the sinkers to your bike. Now you will feel better. Then go for a ride.
Unless you can afford to replace them in the event of a crash or major pothole, don’t do it…
No harm in training on them as long as no harm comes to them.
