Out of curiosity what did you change? And is there a changelog anywhere accessible? So far I have liked using it and sometimes it’s hard to know all the features something like this has.

For those curious what the updates are:
Yesterday I did the following changes:

  • Add “Points” to the challenge tables, and remove pace/speed. (Points is a normalized distance for swim/bike/run)
    NOTE: for those who want more explanations about this, contact Dan/Jordan since it’s their calculation formulas and feature request
  • Add new challenge type “Points”
  • Filter “Recent activities” to not show activities in the future (although there still might be the case since I don’t know what timezone users are in, but at least it’s only one day off worst case)
  • Change sorting of challenge table to first sort by selected column, then by distance

Today I will do some fixes to yesterdays update:

  • Calculate points correctly (didn’t take into account other sports than the challenge sport)
  • Add XC Ski as a sport (and include it in the points calculation)

why do we lose pace? i know the points deal is to normalize volume across sports, but the pace is a good ‘value-added’ metric to distance.

I think points work well for the workout tab (to sum up a week/month/etc), but it seems that the 100/100 is about running, not about points.
