3 hours bike ride yesterday, 14k run today, day off tomorrow and 1 hour swim + 8k run tuesday.
I feel like a couch potato today and the sky is dark!
The question: If I take the day off today instead of tomorrow, do my training will be affect? The volume will be the same.
I`m not a pro so i don t think my future result will be affect…
I just want to know…

i find that with a full time job and a life/family/friends, you will have enough days that you wanted to train but can’t
such that any time you CAN train, you should.
if you feel wiped out though, take it real easy. just have fun.
I know, 3 kids(4 mo, 6 & 9)…
But I don t work at this time, not a real job but my wife keep me busy big time with all the things on the house(and around…)!!!

If you are trashed. By all means, take the day off. If not, get out the door. Take an easy day when you aren’t feeling so chipper.
