Training peaks customer service

Hello,

Am I the only one out there that has gotten the run around from training peaks.

I purchased a new computer and simply asked for a new license. They say they cant seem to find my purchase.

I sent them information that I have a credit card statement with the $99 purchase and they still refuse to assist me.

Any one else or is it just me???

If it is for the WKO, it clearly states one license per PC.

I’ve had great customer service from them. I changed PC’s with jobs and they bent over backwards to help me with the transfer.

if you talk to them, tell them to PLEASE develop some sort of mobile application. It takes me - literally - about 45 minutes to log in on my blackberry

I read that they would provide a new license if you purchase/ switch computers.

They hooked me up no questions asked. I did mention that my old computer died.

They emailed me back with the unlock code within a day or so. They were great.

I’ve had 2 computers crash in the last 2 years, both times taking out my copy of WKO.
(the 2nd one also took 3 seasons worth of my PT data with it. GRRRRR.)

Anyway - both times my one email to them asking for a replcement was answered promptly, and I followed the instructions and downloaded the newest version of WKO+ for free.

I’m a BIG fan. I hope to God I won’t need their services in this regard again.
