Training logs - what do you use?

this is the next poll, up in a few minutes. i’ve got:

iSmarttrain
BeginnerTriathlete
Slowtwitch
Ascent
Attackpoint
Training Peaks
Trilog
Google Apps

what else? what ought to be in our poll? is there anything above that nobody really uses, and ought not to be in our poll?

Excel spreadsheet or word doc

paper notebook
.

Flotrackr/Floswimmr
.

polar protrainer
.

Mead spiral notebook - Bic pen
.

would flotrack/floswimmer replace any of those used on the poll now published on the right hand column of the forum? i don’t want any more than are currently there, so, can everyone comment whether this or another online or digital log would replace anything on the current list?

MapmyRun/Ride/Fitness
.

RunningAhead.com. It has swim and bike (and custom) workouts too, despite the name. It even has direct Garmin upload to the web.

ontri.com
.

Slowtwitch. I dig the bar graphs!

and as a paper-based one, The Triathlete’s Training Diary. Last year I had a running one that I liked a lot, forgot the name on the cover though.

.

SportTracks
.

just FYI… it’s Google “Docs”

and that’s what the posse uses.

calendar/date book.

i also like to use colored pens to differentiate exercise modes.

training.slowtwitch.com

this is the only online training log i’ve used

SportTracks
.

SportTracks again.

I use a spreadsheet (OpenOffice of course) of my own build.
I am very interested in what others use, I’ll likely try some of these out!

Never kept or used one. Never understood how it would make me faster.

Trainingpeaks.com
.

Is WKO considered TraingPeaks? I think of WKO to be the standalone log and Training Peaks to be online.
