Okay, with all the darn questions I have gotten about how much training I have done, I have started to input my data. I am using the spreadsheet that Raymond Britt has used for years. I have had to make some modifications since I am going to add my DDR and sculling efforts. So far pretty neat stuff. Will see how much data I can get in before I burn out. I will then figure out how to link this to my web so folks can see the proven data. Who knows, maybe I was out to lunch on my training times. For anyone considering this, Raymond has put a lot of effort into his system, so I would suggest you start from what he has.
