going on vacation with the family next week and still need to knock out some quality swims, bikes, and runs while in new smyrna. Taking my trainer and laptop so will stick with trainerroad sessions, and will not be swimming with the sharks off shore so I am looking for anyone that knows where I can swim and a local track where I can knock out a couple run sessions.
