I know there are a couple of tri clubs in that area you can contact for rides… the Mid Maryland Tri Club (http://www.midmdtriclub.org/files/links.htm - there’s a few links to some area cycling club here) and the Baltimore Area Tri one… http://tribmore.org/index.php?option=com_frontpage&Itemid=28. As for swimming there are a few pools in Baltimore (http://www.usms.org/placswim/placswimform.php?LMSCID=9) and YMCA http://www.ymcamd.org/
