Training for UK 1/2 IM Bike Course

With so many cycling afficionado’s in the forum hopefully someone can help me out here.

I’ve just finished training and racing WTH and now my focus is switching to the UK Half Ironman in August. I spent a lot of my base/early season training focusing on long steady hills and building steady aerobic pacing. I did very little work on rolling hills and as a result had some problems at WTH with being able to power over the top of the rollers.

I want to make sure I’m focusing on the right weaknesses, areas and mileage for the UK Half IM.

Monday - 20-40mi ride - working on holding aero position
Wednesday - 30-50mi ride - working on big gear intervals
Friday - 20mi ride - easy spin
Saturday - 50-80mi ride - long ride to work on nutrition, aero position, etc…

Do I need to ride more, focus specifically on training in the hills, rolling terrain, etc…?

I rode a 3:34 at WTH and know that I can ride much faster at the UK HIM. I’ve shown glimpses of holding 23-24mph 10min intervals on the open road and want to pull off a stunning race in August.
