Training bible. com

I have been using an excel spreadsheet to keep track of workouts for several years and have looked at training bible .com for some time now. I used Gale Bernhardt’s book: Training Plans for Multisport Athletes. I followed her 26 week to an ironman plan. The thing about the web site that intrigues me is the virtual coach. For those of you who use that site and the virtual coach feature, do you find the workouts that it generates really helpful. Is it truly like having a coach at $10 per month. Last year my goal was to finish my first FeMan and this year I want to work on my speed and prepare for fast oly’s and maybe one 1/2. I need to spend less time training this year due to other family commitments. I am hoping that the training bible might make me more efficent training.

Sorry for rambling. Any feedback?

I have no expereince with TB and would also like to hear some opinions. You might try putting the same post on Trinewbies.com.
