Entering my second year of racing. After a sucessful year of Sprints and Oly distances I’ve decided
to ramp it up a bit.I’m entering my Build 1,wk 1 of my program,after a 3 wk base.My first sprint is this
weekend, followed by a Oly in mid June and a Half IM in first wk of August. With a long layoff until my
IM New Zealand March 2011. My question is: Is there to much time between races from June to Aug. And
subsequently between Half IM and IMNZ?
I’m 50 yr old male. Averageing between 10 to 15 Hrs a week,working the Tri-newbies 18 wk free Half IM
Program with relative ease. Any constructive ideas would be apperciated. THANKS
