Training advice for multiple ironmans

I’m thinking about adding a second ironman to my schedule starting in 2008 (yes, probably a little premature to plan for 2008). I’d like to do IMAZ and IMUSA, but there is only 14 weeks between events. Given a 3-4 week recovery time after IMAZ, would you:

A.) Skip the base period when starting to train for IMUSA, and start with a build/peak program that is 10 weeks long.

B.) Cram together a short base/build/peak program that is 10 weeks long.

C.) Screw IMUSA, and register for a later IM (Canada, Lousville, Wisconsin or Florida)?
