I want to get back into training but have limited time for it. Does anyone have any good 45min to an hour trainer workouts they are willing to share? Also, is the best way to use a HRM and cadence (ex. 75% of hr at 95cad for 5min)? Thanks!!!

Real simplistic workout - Watch TV. spin easy during the program, spin hard and fast during the commercials. Alternatively do the reverse.
