Trainer Work outs (video preferred)

Try not to stay indoors but every now and then… Anyone have some good go-to videos or written out free trainer work outs?

For about an hour and 20 minutes, I like:

Spinervals Mt. Lemmon. Basically 10 minutes of warm up and 1:10 of grind it out max sustainable effort. Add 10 minutes to cool down. The added benefit on this is that you get a real 1 hour FTP test.

Spinervals Time Trial-a-Palooza. Warm up, couple of intervals, then 20 hard 5 recover, 15 hard, 5 recover 10 hard, 5 recover, 5 hard and then add some to get 10 minute cool down.

Carmichael Epic Climbing. Warm up, 4 sets of 4 hard, 3 recover, then 4 sets of 8 hard, 3 recover. Do the hard effort at or above FTP.

My butt won’t take more than 90 minutes at a time on the trainer.
