Has anyone used trainer road after they had an injury. I see they have a plan for a low base and was thinking about signing up for it. I had my knee scoped about 4 weeks ago and have been riding, but I think it would be better to follow some type of plan in a couple of weeks. Just curious what you thought about the program. I eventually would like to use trainer road for further training in the winter. Is there anything else you would suggest?
I was also curious if anyone could give me examples of how the work outs would start out for the first couple of weeks for the injury program.
I’m actually just coming off of a knee injury myself and am planning on the Traditional Base plan once I am released to ride. These workouts will keep you at about 60-75% FTP, which is great for aerobic fitness as well as just getting your knee moving again. Also, a big part of the Traditional Base plans are pedaling drills to work on form and efficiency. This can be a good way to ease back into your confidence with your knee and correct any compensation issues your body may have going on to protect the injury.
Hope that answered your question, let me know if I can elaborate more.

There’s also the freeride option, so you can choose your own resistance. I did the sweet spot build program first up, but i had a broken arm, not a bum knee.
