Anyone know of any good running trails in Louisville, KY?
There are plenty of trails in and around Cherokee and Seneca Parks. Some are marked and some are not, so I just go out and get lost for a while. You can’t ever get to far away in that area. There is a nice 2 mile loop through Joe Creason Park but this one gets pretty nasty when it rains. There is probably some trails in Iroquois Park but I have not been out there for a long time.
No real trails at Iroquois Park but Jefferson forest on the south side of the city is hard. Ck out this link for a race held there:

If you are north of the city there are some trails along the Knobstone, here is a link to a map:

Have fun!
- Seneca and Cherokee, where I do most of my running.
- Jefferson Memorial, fairly difficult though.
- Berheim Forest, a little further south than Jeff Memorial. Millenium Trail is a 14 mile loop, also fairly difficult. Alot of other shorter trails there though too.
