Anyone know of any good trails in Cleburne for running. I am going to be there this weekend and I thought I would try to get in a good trail run there. Thanks.
Check out Cleburne State Park- I rode there in 04, and it was nice back then. If you can spare the hour (maybe less from Cleburne) each way trip to Waco, the Cameron Park trails rule. A third option is Joe Pool Lake state park, about 30 minutes from Cleburne. Joe Pool is in Cedar Hill. Good luck!
Not sure how good they are for running (I never run trail though I’d like to) but Dinosaur State Valley Park a bit southwest from Cleburne in Glen Rose I hear has some nice mountain bike trails that I assume would be good for running too.
Oh yea, check this site out. They have a good list and descriptions and directions and etc. on all the local mountain bike trails to give you an idea of what the trails nearby may be like.
