Yea I saw that guy on the run, it was amazing. I did see lots of other incredible things out there including a girl also fell off of her bike and beat me for sure on the bike. Also, some guy had a bee go in his helmet and sting him a bunch, had his chain fall off and he kicked my butt too 
Lots of crazy things, lots of tough athletes including the guy who had his arm wrapped. it was awesome.

I saw that dude, and even thru my focus/stupor was duly impressed. He is an IRONMAN.
Saw another guy on the bike course, his nose looked like a pit bull attacked him. I asked him if he got nailed in the swim, and he said it was on the bike. Ouch! Road rash on the nose. Damn. He was still moving along pretty nicely in spite of it.
I noticed that guy just before or after a hurricane force wind sent my head spinning as Murphy’s Law blew by. The guy was almost as studly at ML!

How about the girl who did the race with a broken foot and walked the marathon with a cane. She was racked on my bike rack & I saw her at some point on the run. When we finally went back to the hotel - around 11:30ish, I saw her finish on the local TV coverage. When I saw her this AM at the expo, I congratulated her on her finish.

I saw him being taken off the bike course by the Cobble Inn at the end of the first loop of the bike - he was ahead of me at that point though!!!
