The fact that a 29 year old would think that it’s a good idea to get out of a car and start punching a guy clearly much older.

Why did he feel the need to get in to some full blown theatrical boxing stance when beating up that old man? I feel like he should have said something like “put up your dukes, old man!” before, you know, putting up his dukes.
Why did the old man walk towards him and gesture at him to hit him?
Seems like plenty of room for both sides to avoid this situation. Both sides.

Plain and simple, the old man used to be that young 29 year old who was angry at the world or something . What better way to school this kid up but to extend an invitation for a simple assault charge. The old man knew the police were there to step in. He probably felt confident in his ability to take a punch. Both parties did the tango and one may find some jail time. IMO

I don’t get the people who want to go watch protests to see what happens. I have no interest in being anywhere near those kinds of things.
You see videos where a fight or brawl is going on and people run to them so they can watch. I guess I’m wired differently, I’d go in the opposite direction.

I was watching this and thinking that old guy got a pretty good one punch beat down, then realized he is younger than me. That kid(well to me at least) would have had a different outcome if he had come at me like that, and of course no one would be feeling bad for the old gray haired, heavy set old man…(-;

Green shirt doesn’t have a clue how to street fight. Totally dropped his left to lead with a round house right hook leaving his chin totally exposed. One step in, block the telegraphed right roundhouse and a straight right to the chin and that guy wakes up looking at the cops. I am 67 and that would have been a one punch fight the other way. I am not at all a fighter, but that guy was a very minimal threat to anyone.
