That’s the second vendor in a week who is seemingly having trouble reaching or dealing with Demerly and has resorted to trying to contact him on here.

I’ve been really busy and not on the forum that much lately… is Tom OK?

How about Speedy… anyone ever get a hold of him??

Have aliens invaded and started stealing bicycle wholesalers/retailers???

If you realize that Tom’s firewall blocks out anyone who Tom hasn’t identified as okay to permit through, then you might understand why using the ST Forum could be an effective way to get a message to Tom. Especially since Tom has a BIG ST jones.

Please note: (Pick one of the following)

  1. Tom is attending a support group for Internet forum posting junkies. He’s trying very hard to kick his habit. Please be understanding.

  2. Tom has gone off to another race.

  3. Tom has crawled into a small hole and can’t get out.

  4. Tom is on a long bike ride.

  5. Tom is busy with customers.

  6. Tom is at the TDF spectating.

Frank could you reply to my e-mail please - I sent it about two weeks ago with pics of my damaged 575 - I just wanted an opinion or advice ( or a crash replacement as your UK distributor didnt help)

Thanks for the concern. I’m fine but one of our key people- the person who handles almost all phone and e-mail- got rather under the weather from something we think she may have accidentally ingested during an open water swim. She’s doing better and we’re looking forward to being up to full communications capability by about 1:00 PM tomorrow.

Sorry for the inconvenience guys. We’ve been rather busy with a sale we’re running and the normal rush for Steelhead, Lake Placid, Wisconsin and lending a hand with a few key races in the area too.

I appreciate the concern though!
