Apparently, Hilary Duff has an OLDER sister. She plays the popular girl in ‘Napoleon Dynamite.’ (Great movie btw)

She’s almost 20 as opposed to her underaged sister.

Let the obsession begin.

‘Underaged’ is such a subjective term.

I’m not a lawyer, but Hilary won’t turn 18 until September.
