They said Big George had a camelback for the TT under his suit, could see the blue mouthpiece taped up close to his mouth.

I thought that at first too but then you never seee the mouth piece and it is on both arms.
Was just curious to see if anyone else saw anything.

Its just a guess, but thought I saw somewhere that Garmin was experimenting with the cooling vests that marathoners sometimes use to lower their core temperatures.
From the side it looked like Hincapie’s was on backwards…under his chest. Can’t see it that well here, but maybe??? Keeping it off the back would keep it out of the air. I thought I saw someone else on Columbia with a similar looking “large chest” but can’t remember who it was now.
I was actually surprised at the number of riders carrying camelbacks, water bottles, etc. I didn’t think they would really need or want anything in a race that short.

Well I looked on youtube and found this clip of daniel-son, doesnt look like he has anything special on, maybe a piece of cloth on his head
They use pantyhose filled with ice…for real! Dr. Lim talked about it during a presentation
