I was curious as to what some of you charge groups to come in and set up shop on race day. We usually do a trade for services such as awards or raffle prizes. For those that are going to come and and promote their business without giving us a service, we charge them $250.00 for the event. This is in Southern Maine. I guess it varies as a local 5K charges 400.00 to put out a booth on race day.
What do you charge?
my wife checked into Cali 70.3 and the booth cost was $1500 for a 10x10 booth, $2500 for a 10x20
.
whoa…big bucks
any others
.
I would guess that’s the top of the market, being that its a NAS race and the actual booth space near the finish line is quite limited in Oceanside.
I am a vendor, it all depends on the race small, local 5k $200. Boston Marathon $3500 for a 10 x 10. Hope this helps!!
$250 for tri booth space here in Central Illinois, though most vendors set up for free since the’re providing a service. A chocolate sponsor…now that is classy! Let’s hear it for female RD’s!! .
Regarding Chocolate…Lindt Chocolate gave us over 1500 pieces that wrapped in orange (Pupkinman looking) foil
The only problem is we have had them for two weeks and cant let our house drop below 65 degrees F or they start to melt. My electric bill from the AC is through the roof trying to keep chocolate cool.
