the only way to place doubts in the mind of a current or potential customer is to have already made an effective argument. fortunately, it’s archived for you to read.

I’m guessing that since Dan’s an advocate of steep angle design for triathletes, and since Serotta apprently don’t manufacture steep-angle bikes, people considering a Serotta might doubt their suitability for triathlons.
There are plenty of articles on this site setting out Dan’s views on seat tube angle and why steep is better. There’s no need to regurgitate all that in this thread, is there?
