TJ's aero position

I don’t know if this is discussed but here it is…
I don’t know the aero aspect of the position because it is usually a balance betwen power vs. aero but what the fuck is between aerobars? Does he have a TV mounted there so he can watch? There is a triangular piece there…

Last time I checked you can not bring a FAIRING OR TWO into a UFC cage when fighting so TJ is already the loser.
