I bought my car new, rotated the tires per the mfg. at 10,000 miles, and then forgot about it. I’m at 30,000 now. Should I continue now per the recommendations as if I did them at 20k, or do something different?

Oops, that’s alot of miles without rotating tires.
Check the tread, you may be surprised (uneven tread wear).
Also, just because a tire is rated for 60,000 miles or more, doesn’t mean you’ll get that. In fact, at 30,000 miles don’t be surprised if you need new ones.
