Tire Recommendation (1)

My old tires got a nice little hole in the sidewall and I need a new set of clinchers for my Easton Vistas. I currently have Vittoria Rubino Techs but they a huge pain to get on and off the rim. Anyone had good luck finding a good tire with these wheels?

Thanks

Don’t have the Vistas, but I don’t think you’ll ever go wrong with:

Michelin Pro Race 2
Continential GP4000
.

2000+ miles on my Conti GP4000 / training wheels. That being said, I really think tires are one of those things where you are lucky to find a brand/type that works for a while and when you do then you tend to stick with that brand for a while.

since getting the tires on & off seems to be one of the OP’s main criteria, Contis are probably not the best bet.

Although when I had vittoria rubino pros on, they were around as easy as any tire i’ve used.
