My lady friend only has a cross bike with knobby tires. She just bought a trainer and is looking for a smoother trainer tire. Since I have a bunch of old 23mm tires around I offered to throw one on her rear wheel. The rims on her bike say Alex 30/32…Does anyone know if standard 23mm 700c tires will fit on those rims? Are the rims too wide? Thnx

Looks like it’s not ideal but probably will work…might as well give it aa shot. If she keeps flatting, then you’ll know for sure!
