I’ve been riding my 2012 P2 with the original set of Shimano R500 wheels and Vittoria Rubino Pro Slicks for the past couple of years. I’ve ridden with tire inflation of 110 psi. I’ve just upgraded the wheelset to Flo 30s and, because I was pleased with their performance, I’ve put a new set of the Pro Slicks on them. The Flo is a substantially wider wheel so would seem to need lesser tire pressure. What are your recommendations for inflation? I’m 175 pounds. Thanks for your thoughts.

Here is a link from the FLO website…should tell you what you need to know.

Nobody has really tested how much tire pressure should change based on how rims increase.
Some people intuitively think it should be a lot, others think it may be very small.
I’ve never really worried about it and various indicators in our performance all seem good (we don’t fall over on bumpy turns, we go fast for our watts)
I would keep it around 110. Maybe drop to 105 if you think it feels bumpier at 110 on the wider wheel.
