Tire Help

After “sqaring” off the back Kenda on my Cervelo riding the trainer, I know it’s time to upgrade.

I rode Conti GP’s on my last bike and they were good. Based on that, I was considereing getting Conti GP 3000’s. Is there any other tire I should be looing at? Weight isn’t a big deal here in Fla., but comfort is. Would I be getting a better ride out of, say a Michelin Pro Race? I haven’t ridden different types to see if there is any difference? Thoughts?

Cont and Michelin both make excellent tires. I have always ridden Conti but recently made the switch to Michelin on my bike and motorcycle.

Can’t go wrong with either brand or model. Both ride similar with Michelin being a bit softer. It’s always good to test different tires out to see what performs best for you.

Love the Contis, I use the GP 4-Season on the rear during winter, because of all the crap that gets on the roads. Contis have pretty good tread life and are easy to change.
