I raced a Standard distance Duathlon on Sunday and my legs are pretty trashed. I have the (British) National Age group Champs on Sunday, and want to hit the race line in reasonble shape. I have a massage book for Wednesday and had a bit of a swim tonight - any other tips to help me recover better for next weekend?
Ps. The race schedule is not my fault - for some reason 2 or the UK qualifiers are back to back. Though I managed to qualify on Sunday I would like to be able to challange for a placing in my AG this coming Sunday. With only few sprint races in my legs Sundays race took abit more more out of me than I had hoped.
