Practice on someone else first!
Prep the area with apple cidar vinegar first to close the pores.
Rub the entire region with a thick paste of salt to keep the hair standing and ready to be cut.
With the salt still there use a sharp serrated steak knife, or hunting knife to shave away the landscape.
Rinse with rubbing alcohol to be sure that all is clean.
Let us know how that goes.
Beard trimmer works best. If you need it smoother than that, I would suggest trying a dipilatory (like Neet) afterwards, instead of actually taking a razor down there.
