It is important sleep a lot becouse the last night cos the nervous i will not sleep so mucho, it isn´t?

I’ve read that the amount of sleep the night before in not as important as two nights before. Many people have difficulty sleeping the night before and do fine. try to get some good nights sleep the nights leading up to the race and practice, if possible, getting to sleep earlier and waking up at the time you will get up on race day.

Eat what is familiar and comfortable for you the night before and get rid of anything heavy with fiber (especially beans, vegetables).

Best is have at least 2 race day practice sessions in the next 6 weeks–the night before nutrition, 7am start, race clothes, bike equipment, etc. I would recommend to do most of the swim distance, most or all of the bike, and maybe 5k of the run in order to practice nutrition, pacing, how your clothes fit, etc. 2 practice days a couple weeks apart give you a chance to make and try changes.
