Timing of Pre-workout snack

the packets of oatmeal are all added sugar; get the stuff that comes in a big cardboard โ€˜canโ€™ and eat it about 90 min pre exercise.

Yeah, but the quick oats have no flavor :frowning: I have mixed quick oats with my yogurt before or did a mix of it with the packets 1 to 1. That would be healther than the packets alone.
