Timeshare - the most high pressure sales ever

by spending 18 or 36K, wouldn’t someone be better off socking that money into a property they owned; build some equity, with option to resale on appreciating property? then there were be option to rent it, etc, go more than just once a year, etc.

i can’t imagine spending that much on a one week rental…that makes no sense. and with 1K a year in “fees”, someone could go to a resort on a boardering “shoulder” season stay a week for the same price.

no legal contract review, and no price revealed, that is really horrible!!! i can just imagine my husband in that situation either punching the dude in the face; or us walking right out. the entire thing sounds laughable.
