Is there a good resource, either in print or on the web for bike racing in general in the boston area, or more specifically–time trialing? It is my first few non-winter months here and I would like to test myself out on the local terrain before racing begins. Thanks. eddie.
Eddie, there is a 26.2 mile TT from Hopkinton to Boyleston Street on Patriots Day, but you can only enter with wheels if you are racing the wheelchair division :-).

there are actually a number of summer TT’s around Boston. There is the Charlie Baker TT every Wed in the summer in Concord, check the NEBC website. There is also the Dover TT, I think this is the first Wed of every month (except April), and lastly is the ECC TT’s on the north shore. Check their site for info.

It’s a little bit of a drive, but Maine has an nice 11 race tt series. Some are in the southern part of the state. You’ll find them listed on http://www.bikemaine.org/calendar.htm along with all kinds of other events.
