Time to look at the training logs!

Okay guys/gals let’s get updates, who’s working, who’s slacking?

As of today 8/28, I am at:

Total Hours - 202:50
Swim (yds) - 116,780
Bike (mi) - 1023.8 (yeah I know, but 350 this month!)
Run (mi) - 502.4

I know on this board, that qualifies as slacker material, but it’s more than I have ever done and with a backloaded year training for Florida I think I will hit my goal of averaging 1 hour per day.

So let’s see some numbers!!

total hrs: 244:57
swim (yds) - 108,900
Bike (mi) - 1809.0
Run (mi) - 901.9

trained for 2 HIM’s in first half of year, now in marathon training block.

Swim: 352,334 meters

You’re kidding, right? That’s 219 miles in 243 days. Of course it’s doable, but are you serious?

I don’t think he is kidding, he has the results to back it up. I assume this is the same Scott Bowe who just went 2:02 recently at Pleasant Prairie (18 minute swim!!). I am now admitting the reason why I started this thread. Gotta see what my competition is doing!!

Actually, I am an age group ahead for now :slight_smile:

Wow, those are impressive numbers!

Swim = 254,717 yds
Bike = 2195 mi
Run = 714 mi
Brick = 210 mi
Total Hours = 334
.

That’s not really a lot of meters, normal I would say for that kind of schedule. I’m at 338,750m (99h) right now and I need to swim more, I think, or harder of course.
